This release as such not effect those running on IRC Services already and is only to be used by those looking to convert from anope. The actual bug is only affecting those with encrypted passwords so as such again its only applicable to those converting away from anope! "

If you notice any problems please reply to this thread. Unfortunately the upgrade took a little longer than expected as I had to move rooms, have new carpets fitted and wait a few days for the HP drive caddies to arrive for the new server which, all combined, caused me to miss my window for replacing the server at the data center."
